All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been received. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, K.E.A. Couture Fashions is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim if necessary.
